  • Boutique Business Services

Brian provides business counsel and strategic advisory services domestically and internationally, having worked in over 35 countries. He applies his background in environmental engineering, public health systems, and regulatory governance to advise companies operating in highly regulated, science-driven industries—including environmental technologies, recycling and circular-economy businesses, healthcare, and senior care—through every phase of their lifecycle, from formation and acquisitions to compliance, operations, and exit.

Brian’s work has consistently focused on the intersection of environmental conditions, human health, and institutional performance. He has led and advised large-scale environmental remediation, natural-resource governance, and public health initiatives across the United States and abroad, including water systems, hazardous-waste cleanup, and environmental law modernization. He has also owned and operated a paper and plastics recycling company, giving him direct operational experience with materials recovery, regulatory compliance, and the business realities of environmental enterprises.

In addition to his private practice, Brian serves in senior leadership and advisory roles within regulated sectors. As President of the Residential Assisted Living National Association, he provides legislative, policy, and legal guidance to senior housing and healthcare operators nationwide, and brings access to leading experts in operations, compliance, and financing. He has negotiated with more than 400 cities and over 50 state and federal agencies, and is the recipient of the U.S. Vice President’s Award for Reinventing Government for his ability to bring industry, government, and communities together to implement durable, science-based solutions. Brian is widely known for his effectiveness in high-stakes regulatory environments and his ability to translate technical complexity into practical business strategy.
